Terms of Service

Version and last updated: August 3, 2026

This document is provided in English.

These Terms are an agreement between you and the provider named below, and govern your use of Responses. When Responses presents these Terms and you select the acceptance control, you accept the version shown on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the workspace owner you are authorized to represent. The service records the accepted version. You separately acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy; that acknowledgement is a notice acknowledgement, not consent to processing.

2. The service

Responses is a shared inbox and AI-assisted reply tool for business communications. A workspace can receive content through official APIs for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and Outlook, and through a Responses webchat widget. Responses can organize that content, generate AI drafts, and send approved or configured replies through the connected channel.

Connected platforms remain separate services governed by their own rules. API changes, revoked permissions, platform outages or platform enforcement can interrupt a connection.

3. Accounts, workspaces and authority

4. Customer content

"Customer Content" includes messages, attachment references, conversation metadata, customer display names and platform identifiers, knowledge documents, assistant instructions and replies. The workspace owner is the controller of Customer Content, and Responses provides and processes the tool on the owner's instructions as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

You must have the rights and authority needed to provide Customer Content and instruct Responses to process and transmit it. You authorize Responses to process Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, support and enforce the service and to follow applicable legal requirements.

5. AI features

6. Reporting and blocking

Reporting in Responses creates a report for Responses' internal safety, abuse handling, support and enforcement workflow. It does not send the report to Meta, Google, Telegram or another connected platform. Authorized Responses operators may review reports and the minimum context needed to handle them; content access for that purpose is audited.

Blocking acts only inside Responses. It stops Responses from processing or sending further replies for that customer identity in the workspace, but it does not block the person on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail, Outlook or any other platform. Use the platform's own controls when a platform-level block or report is needed.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Responses to:

8. Security and team access

Use appropriate workspace roles, remove access that is no longer needed and disconnect or rotate exposed credentials. No networked service is perfectly secure. Contact support promptly if you believe an account, workspace or connected-channel credential has been compromised.

9. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Available plans, prices, billing periods and usage limits are displayed in Responses or by the applicable app store before purchase. Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe; iOS and Android store purchases are processed by Apple and Google Play respectively. Cancellation and purchase management use the billing provider that owns the subscription.

10. Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Available controls allow a workspace owner to export data, delete conversation history, delete a workspace or delete an account. A deletion may be refused while workspace processes are still running; the user can retry after they finish. See the data-deletion instructions.

11. Enforcement and service changes

Responses may restrict access needed to protect the service, connected platforms, users or others, or to address an apparent violation of these Terms. Features can change as the product and official platform APIs change. Read-only requests remain available when a new Terms version awaits acceptance; account and privacy deletion controls remain available.

12. Changes to these Terms

A new version is not accepted silently. When acceptance of an updated version is required, Responses will publish the current document and ask an authenticated user to accept that exact version before further write actions.

Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, by email to the account address and in the product. If you do not accept the new version, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription; write actions stay blocked while an unaccepted version is outstanding, and export and deletion controls remain available.

13. Warranties

Responses is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider gives no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and gives no warranty about AI output, connected-platform availability or the results of using the service. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers are not affected.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost or corrupted data arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

The provider's total aggregate liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; where you paid nothing in that period, the limit is EUR 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer-protection liability.

You are responsible for your use of the service and will cover claims brought against the provider by a third party because your Customer Content, your connected accounts or your use of the service broke these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support@responses.me are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine. If you use Responses as a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence and to the protection of that law, that right is not affected by this section.
